Health Connection Hub was founded by Kate, an Accredited Hand Therapist (as awarded by the Australian Hand Therapy Association) and qualified Occupational Therapist with over a decade of clinical experience in hand and upper limb therapy. Kate also holds comprehensive certifications in clinical Pilates instruction, including mat, reformer, and studio equipment, bringing a unique movement-based approach to therapy.

Having worked across Australia—from public hospitals to private clinics in both urban and remote settings—Kate has collaborated with leading Plastic Surgeons, Orthopaedic Specialists and health professionals across the Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria, and Tasmania. Her expertise includes managing specialised Hand Therapy Clinics and coordinating pre- and post-operative care.

Beyond her clinical expertise, Kate has firsthand insight into the realities of remote living—including time spent working on a cattle station in remote Australia. This experience deepened her understanding of the barriers faced by rural communities when accessing specialised healthcare
